Sedation Instructions

Prior to your sedation appointment at Tooth Works, the anesthesiologist will discuss the detailed pre-anesthesia instructions for safety of your child during treatment and to address any additional questions you have.  A pre-operative history/physical and anesthesia consent form will be completed the day of your child’s sedation appointment.

It is important to notify us of any change in your child’s health, especially if nearing your sedation appointment date.

After the appointment, you can take your child home once the anesthesiologist has determined that your child is safe to be discharged, with instructions on proper post-operative care.
